Get Board Ready with Training Programs
For more than a decade, Boardbound by Women’s Leadership Foundation is proud to have served as a catalyst in Colorado for helping to increase the number of women on boards through its programs and advocacy. Through our Corporate Boardbound program, we’ve had over 125 Corporate Boardbound participants, including women of color, since our inception. Since the revamped program in 2017, 60% of the Corporate Boardbound participants who have graduated at least two years ago have attained a corporate board position.
2023 served as Boardbound by Women’s Leadership Foundation’s final year, with our current cohorts completing the last Corporate Boardbound program in September. We are committed to providing continued information to support women looking for board training programs to help them skillfully step in to board service. Learn more about our transition here.
